This week Publix is supposed to have sales on a few Yoplait items!! Visit the Yoplait website to get 9 free coupons plus a chance to get a free yogurt cup AND visit their facebook page for Yoplait Smoothies, click the coupons tab, click the LIKE button to get a coupon for $1.00 off one smoothie!!

Did you know that you do not need to go to a dollar store to get items for a dollar (or less)?!! By using coupons and advertised sales you can get many items on a weekly basis at Publix, Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens for less than a dollar or free!! Visit our coupon section that has access to over 300 free printable online grocery coupons that you can use at Publix, CVS, ,Walgreens and many other department stores!!

Prices that I may have listed in my blog reflect pricing in the South Fort Myers, FL area. Your prices may vary slightly. Competitor coupons that are accepted vary from store to store even within the same town. YOU SHOULD FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR STORE'S LIST OF COMPETITORS. Second is that any links for coupons that I list are active at the time of my posting. Some coupons since they are rolling coupons may be exhausted quickly and may not be available for more than a few days. If you notice a discrepancy in availability let me know and I will update the information.
